On Sunday, April 1, 2018, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Yuosef Guran, met with the Consul of Netherlands in Kurdistan, Ms. Janet Alberta. They discussed about the possibility of opening of branches of the world's most notable and developed universities in Kurdistan.
